These are military surplus used by Marines. They have withstood the rigor that only the US Marines can impose on them. These are not new , but complete and functional and in good condition with minimal wear.
We have inspected the components completely to ensure that there are no rips or tears and all straps, buckles and zippers are in place and working so you can feel comfortable these packs will be in good use for many years to come.
If you are looking to buy a new or near perfect ILBE, this is not the pack for you. If you are looking at buying one of the best packs made, at an affordable price, albeit used, you will get no better value on E Bay
